ProductAI is operated by Shape, interaktivne digitalne izkušnje, d.o.o. (Shape d.o.o.), Slovenska cesta 56, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 8724822000, VAT ID SI68015178 ("we", "us").
These terms apply to the website www.productai.photo, the ProductAI web app, the ProductAI iPhone app, the ProductAI Shopify app and the ProductAI API (together, "ProductAI"). By creating an account or using ProductAI you agree to them. If you use ProductAI for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
You need an account to generate images and videos. Keep your sign-in details and API keys private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
ProductAI works with credits. Each generation uses the number of credits shown before you start it. Free accounts get a limited number of credits. Paid plans add a monthly or yearly credit allowance, and you can buy extra credit packs.
Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, including VAT where it applies. Payments on the web are handled by Stripe, in the iPhone app by Apple, and for stores that installed the Shopify app by Shopify.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings (or in Apple or Shopify, if you subscribed there); the plan then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Unless your plan says otherwise, unused plan credits do not carry over to the next period.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that we start providing the service right away, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once you start using paid credits. If something went wrong with a payment or a generation, write to us and we will look at it case by case.
You keep all rights to the photos, logos, text and other material you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them, including any people, brands or products shown.
The images and videos you create with ProductAI are yours to use, including commercially, as far as the law allows. AI output can be similar for different users, so we cannot promise that a result is unique. Check results before you publish them, especially product details, text and claims.
You give us the permission we need to store and process your uploads and results in order to run ProductAI for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may block content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where the law requires it, we will tell you why.
ProductAI uses our own systems and third-party AI models. Models, features and credit costs can change as providers change theirs. We work to keep ProductAI available and fast, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
If you use the ProductAI API or MCP server, keep your API key secret and stay within the limits of your plan. Separate written agreements with enterprise or partner customers take priority over these terms where they differ.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, ProductAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using ProductAI and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms or close an account with reasonable notice, or straight away if the account seriously breaks these terms.
We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using ProductAI after that, the new terms apply.
Slovenian law applies, and courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.
